Скачиваем по ссылке прошивку
https://github.com/eried/portapack-mayhem/releases
распаковываем
открываем терминал
командой cd (название папки)
Заходим в папку с прошивкой
далее вбиваем команду
hackrf_spiflash -w portapack-h1_h2-mayhem.bin
