Some TODOs pending for next release version
- sending AXUDP to aprsmap currently disabled
- RX loop a bit too slow (in particular with AXUDP enabled), causing loss of RX frames
due to SX1278 overflow. Needs some redesign in SX1278 handling.
- display layout editable via config file
